I have been holding on to the opening line of this composition for years, waiting for the right time to give it the song and melody it deserves.
This "official release edit" is taken from an iphone voice memo recording, the first time I ever played it, while glancing at two different legal pads with words and homemade music tab.
Most times I send these recordings to my Nephew Kyle and he tells me how good they are....or not. In this case he said:"I know you are going to add all of the bells, whistles and guitar solos to this - but could you save a copy of just the way it is now, because it is hitting me right in the heart". And that is what you are hearing now, (Kyle's Way).
There will always be a KW version of every song I write, and if it makes the cut, will find it's day of release. The short and basic album version of "Sound View Summit" has already gathered a lot of interest across streaming platforms, which is very humbling. No AI here, just a couple of real guys making real music. Thank you for your interest.
