VIBERG SERVICE BOOT on a 2030 last Repair and Customization.

The customer wanted to change the original soles on the vibergs and fix a squeaky shank. Once we got the old soles off we lifted up the heel side of the midsole to get to the shank. We took the wooden shanks and replaced them with metal and wrapped them in fabric. We then glued the new shank in very well and nailed back the midsole. The customer wanted to go back with a vibram 269 sole. We hand stitched the the outsole on using the old holes on the stitch down portion and fishish them off with catspaw heels.
