Step 1 - Map out your day in 30min increments
Step 2 - In the morning or night find 1 hour where you can trade every day
Step 3 - Don't lie to yourself. If you're saying you don't have time, Im sure you do. Do you watch tv? Could you go to sleep 1 hour later or wake up 1 hour earlier?
Step 4 - Write down that 1 hour that you will be trading from now on
Step 5 - Pick one currency pair that you like to trade
Step 6 - Pick a random strategy. It really does not matter
Step 7 - From now on, in that 1 hour slot, you will be backtesting
Step 8 - Backtest either 300 trades or 2 years of data
Step 9 - Once you have finished the backtesting, screenshot 2 long trades and 2 short trades. These are both winning trades that in your opinion, are perfect
