This project consisted of over 90,000 SF of framing and high-end finishes. Our scope consisted of Interior/Exterior framing and drywall, painting, wallcovering, EIFS, & UHPC Exterior Concrete Panels. The entirety of the walls, ceilings and soffits, as well as MEP trade rough-ins, were laid out using a robot that utilizes BIM. This health center consists of two floors containing exam rooms, classrooms, PT rooms and many more. The exterior panel cladding system contains ultra-high performance concrete containing distinct fibers, allowing it to have a more uniform suspension after the curing process. The panels utilized required a unique cast, never done before on any other building.
