Reed Cataldo - Founding Partner, Prysm Group

Reed Cataldo is an entrepreneur who has co-founded ventures in the blockchain, consumer goods, and retail space. He is a former trading assistant at the Eurodollar Options pit at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Reed specializes in team strategy and is responsible for Prysm Group's product offering and development. He speaks four languages and has lived in seven countries.

Reed holds a dual-degree from Loyola University of Chicago in International Business and Marketing and completed an Executive Education course on Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Craig DeWitt - Director of Product, Ripple

Craig DeWitt is the Senior Director of Product at Ripple, the world's leading provider of enterprise blockchain solutions for global payments. Craig leads the strategic direction and development of Ripple's blockchain network, known as RippleNet. Prior to joining Ripple in 2015, Craig worked at both Adobe and Bloomberg in product management. Craig earned his MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business and his bachelor's degree at the University of California, Berkeley.

Santiago Alvarado - Director of Cross-Border Payments, Bitso

Santiago serves as Director of Cross-Border Payments at Bitso, the leading cryptocurrency platform in Latin America. He holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and has been working in the fintech industry in Latin America for the past two years. Before joining Bitso, he led the launch of the first neobank in Chile.
