Dr. Kevin Finnesey attended Drew University Madison, New Jersey , where he received his Bachelor of Science. He Then went on to UMDNJ New Jersey medical school where he received his MD degree.

Dr. Finnesey then completed a two-year general surgery residency program at New Jersey Medical School, followed by four year Orthopedic residency at affiliate Hospitals, including Hackensack University Medical Center, Jersey City Medical Center, Orange Memorial Hospital an New Jersey Orthopedic Hospital, East Orange Veterans Administration Hospital. Beth Israel Children's Hospital, and others in the Essex County area.

Dr. Finnesey has 25 years experience in treating conservative and surgical care of Spinal Disorders. He also spends time with each patient and treats them as an individual, making sure they have a full understanding of their problem and treatment options.

Dr. Finnesey has extensive experience in robotic surgery of the spine, disc replacement surgery, and minimally invasive surgery of the spine. He also has many years of experience in spinal injection procedures.
