Subhash Ghai on Trimurti, Mukul S Anand: Technique to follow content, Sanjay Dutt arrest delays film

Subhash Ghai, a well known name in Bollywood who is director and producer of Mukta Arts speaks at length at the experiences of filming 'Trimurti' directed by Mukul S Anand and starring Shahrukh Khan, Anil Kapoor Jackie Shroff. One of the veterans in Bollywood talks about the details of choosing a director, cast and the incidents with Sanjay Kapoor which made the film delayed and Sanjay Dutt's arrest.

Subhash Ghai: I really admired his technique (Mukul S Anand) so I was always think if Mukul gets a good script then he can make a very good film because in script maybe be lagged behind. But as a director, as a technician, he was really one of the excellent director was the name of Mukul Anand. So as a producer I gave him this film under Mukta Arts and this script I told them you need to take our writers. And we had our writers Aneez Baas and two three more writers were there. So we wrote a script for three brothers and made a starcast and when we showed all the script to all the three stars including Sanjay Dutt, Shahrukh Khan and Jackie Shroff and the director. All of them applauded that the script of the film is superhit. But when we released the film, it was not a superhit...
