Owyhee Spring 2023

I have been wanting to get out to the Owyhee river for years. I called a couple of friend, tied some flies, loaded up the truck, and took a long drive throw four states, and finally I arrived at the Owyhee river. We had thunder showers every day, and, the fishing wasn't easy, for I had to work my ass off to get these fish. All in all, it was a great trip. I have found great success in sinking my dry fly to fish just below the film if fish aren't feeding on the top. I am looking forward to my next trip out that way.
