Create a Comparison Report in Power BI

Sometimes there are situations where we need to compare one category with another and need to create a comparison report in Power BI. Then, how we can build a Power BI report which shows a comparison between categories from the same table? Here, I have explained the entire start to end procedure, for creating a comparison report.

During this session, we have an example where we have different project’s budgets and actual information with its different phases.
