Have you ever been treated unfairly for no reason?

When Cole greets his new team, he comes up to everyone to shake their hands. But when he sees Will, an African American, he completely ignores him. Will is disturbed by such behavior but tries to remedy it in a kind way. Yet, Cole continues to hold on to his biases. He instructs Will to meet him alone.
