You will not need any equipment today for this workout but you will need a sweat towel!. We are going to be working for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds spending 3 minutes per exercise total! I will give you the option to stay moving in your rest period to make it an active rest period and I will also provide modifications if you need to dial it back a little bit! We are only working for 20 seconds at a time so I need your intensity to be high in those work periods!
