Now moving on and Kenya's Higher Education minister will lead an education delegation to Uganda next week as an investigating committee begins the probe into the credibility of degrees and PHD's awarded by the Kampala International University.
This comes barely a week after the National Council for Higher Education questioned the university's capacity to award 42 PHDs even as Kenyan media questioned the standard of degrees awarded to KIU students.
