🔥Sweet & Spicy Glazed Potstickers

Ingredients:

24 oz Ling Ling Pork & Vegetable Potstickers (whole packet)
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp corn syrup (mulyeot) or honey
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp water
Crushed peanuts, for garnish

Instructions:
1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a bit of oil, then arrange the potstickers in a single layer. Pan-fry until the bottoms turn golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
2. In a small bowl, mix gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, garlic, and water until smooth.
3. When potstickers are nearly cooked through and golden, pour the sauce over them in the pan. Toss gently to coat and glaze the potstickers evenly, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4. Remove from heat, sprinkle crushed peanuts on top, and serve immediately.
