Let's Roleplay (Modded) Enderal: Forgotten Stories - Act II - 28 - Into The Deep (Part 1)

Part 28 of my Enderal: Forgotten Stories roleplay, and the fruits of my modding labors! In this episode, the Prophet's Ass herself learns some troubling news at the team meeting, spends the night at the Frostcliff Tavern with her totally platonic bro, and then meets a young Aeterna woman. 🧝‍♀️ Clearly only wholesome quests are ahead.

I had a lot of fun with Esme's sequence, as well as her introduction. Obviously I took some of the usual creative liberties that was both a pain and rewarding to set up (I, for one, liked getting to show the Veiled Woman and Tara all dressed up at the ball. We never really get a clear look at either of them, so the cinematics was a good opportunity to show them without their visual effects). Our Mark On This World is one of my favorite quests with one of my favorite songs from the soundtrack, and I'm really looking forward to covering it once we finish the craziness that is the next two main quests ahead.

Speaking of creative liberties, I also made some personal touches to Esme's design as well. I always hated her vanilla model, but didn't entirely like what Women of Enderal did with her skin color and eyes, so I fixed those to my own liking. And for those who might lament Esme's lack of feathers and hairband... just wait.

But that'll all come later. 💃 Stay tuned next Friday (12 PM on PST), where Jade "Wrong Place, Wrong Time" Enderal braves the Living Temple with Jespar and Firespark, and... trauma. Lots and lots and lots of trauma.

Now, for the usual spiel: This series is focused on the story and roleplay aspect of the game, hence rewriting the player dialogue using a personal custom mod to feel more "unique" to the character I'm playing, and cutting out some of the "in between" bits (like level grinding and upgrading gear) that I'd find boring to edit/watch.

Enderal: Forgotten Stories is a total conversion mod of Skyrim that was released back in 2016, and an expansion that came out in 2019 on Steam. It's set in an entirely original world from The Elder Scrolls universe, with its own story, characters, and lore. If you have a Steam copy of Skyrim, you can download and play Enderal for free, which I highly recommend (but would still appreciate if you watch my videos!).
