The Godox Studio strobes are all decent lights at their retail prices. No, they don’t have batteries, but for studio and some location work, you just cannot beat the power and cost! These Godox DP1000 III units were listed on sale at Adorama for $249 each! I’ve never tried them before but at this price? How can you say no? Needless to say, I purchase two in fear of the price going back up… living on the edge 😂

Do I recommend them… after using them, I would recommend them at retail. They just work- and I will cover my typical rental fee for the cost of the lights in one session.
