PageGroup Plc reported Q3 2025 gross profit of £187.8 million, down 6.7% year-over-year in constant currencies, reflecting ongoing market challenges in Continental Europe and the UK. The quarter featured mixed results across regions: EMEA declined 10.2% (France -16%, Germany -11%), the UK fell 14.3%, Asia Pacific dipped 1.2%, while the Americas achieved 3.5% constant currency growth, led by a 10% surge in the US. Despite market softness, PageGroup expects full-year 2025 operating profit broadly in line with consensus (£21.5m). Strategic priorities remain: reallocating resources toward higher-growth markets, managing headcount, and enhancing operational efficiency.​
