Summary from Serebii.net: One day, Officer Jenny visits Cerise Laboratories after there has been a wave of electricity theft incidents throughout Vermilion City. They have come to check all the Electric-type Pokémon in the lab to see if it is the culprit. After examining all the Pokémon, they arrest Pikachu for the crime and take it in for questioning. Will Ash be able to clear Pikachu's name and find the true culprit?
