How to Photograph Action in Studio: Freeze Motion like a Treat Catching Pro

This video goes through everything you need to know to successfully freeze motion with flash photography, with or without high-speed sync! So basically a how-to for treat catching dog photography! A frequent Q is how to photograph action in studio - usually ball catches, treat throws etc. To answer this question whilst in lockdown, we dismantled our dining room and used all 3 dog models to demonstrate.
