[ENG SUB] Moepi in a 2017 Railgun CM (+ Outtakes)

Back in 2017, there was a series of commercials for the Toaru no Majutsu no Index (A Certain Magical Index) mobile game. Apparently, Moepi starred in one of them as a certain railgun user.

Just the first 30ish seconds are (probably unnecessarily) subbed, after that is footage of the official outtakes video for the commercial that I just left alone because you'll probably enjoy it in its purest form LOL. There's Chinese hardsubs on the video because the game company (NetEase Games) is Chinese.
