My 1st ever food challenge attempt! Let’s see how I do.

I have 20 minutes to finish a 5 pound chimichanga with all the fixings (rice, refried beans, veggies, sour cream etc)

If I finish, I receive the $30 meal for free, 1 year of Macayo’s for free (1 entree a month) and photo up on their website and possibly their restaurant!
