The Chairperson of The South African Institute of International Affairs, Moeletsi Mbeki says the DA is correct that there has to be proportionality in the allocation of the cabinet seats in the Gauteng's legislature. This after the DA showed discontentment with the ANC's decision to give the party three seats out of ten and keep six seats and the premier. The DA says there should be proportionality as the ANC does not have the outright majority in the province. The party says the election results between the ANC and the DA are not too different.
