In this video Ill show you how to chamfer bridge pin holes using the Stew Mac Bridge Pin Hole Chamfer Tool. Its essentially a counter sink with a depth stop mounted on a 3/16 pilot. Perfect for guitar bridges! First you have to assemble it. Install the cutter, then the depth stop and you are ready to go. Works very well with a hand drill. Just hold the drill straight up and down and let the tool do the cutting. This tool makes it very easy to get clean cut chamfers on your bridge pin holes and they will be consistent in depth and diameter. No drill press needed.
