The project has been made in remembrance of our friend Prof. Dr. Fabio Oliveri from Palermo (Italy), who wrote the book «La Gestualità dei Siciliani», his selection of the gestures goes back to the Italian folklorist Giuseppe Pitrè (1841-1916, "Usi e costumi, credenze e pregiudizi del popolo siciliano") and Vicente Requeno y Vives (1743-1811, "L'arte di gestire con le man").
