Chicken Tandoori Bread Roll- Super filling and very filling!

Ingredients
For Dough
4 cups All-purpose Flour
2 tsp Yeast
Salt to taste
1 tsp Carom seeds
Water as required
For Chicken filling
1 cup Boneless tandoori chicken
½ cup Curd
¼ cup Spring onion Sliced
1 tsp Coriander leaves
½ pc Lemon (juice)
Mint and Coriander Chutney
¼ cup Coriander leaves (dhania patta)
½ Green chilli (chopped)
1 inch Ginger (peeled)
2-3 garlic (cloves)
Pinch of Black/Regular salt
¼ cup Water

Method:
1. Make the dough by adding all the ingredients in a bowl & knead into a soft dough
2. Make the tandoori chicken filling by mixing the chicken filling ingredients in a bowl, check for seasoning & keep aside.
3. Cut the dough into 3 equal portions, flatten it out, spread green chutney & the chicken filling across the dough & pinch & seal the dough making a log
4. Continue to make 3 such logs.
5. Now braid the 3 log into plats & form the design as shown in the video
6. Brush with egg wash & sprinkle with sesame seeds.
7. Bake at 180 C for 20 minutes
8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, serve hot
9. Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!
