Track 3 from their second album "Primitive Man" released in 1982 copyright Chrysalis Records. It was recorded at Paradise Studios in Sydney, Australia and Westlake Audio, Eldorado Studios and Musicland West Studios in Los Angeles. It was produced by Iva Davies and Keith Forsey and was originally intended as an Iva Davies solo album. Davies played all the instruments and Forsey contributed additional percussion. In the end, the decision was made to release it as an Icehouse album, although its style was even more synthesizer-based than their debut album had been. The single "Hey Little Girl" became their international breakthrough and reached the Top Twenty in the U.K. and most of Europe. The album wasn't released in the U.K. or the U.S. until the following year when it was renamed "Love in Motion" and included a new song by that name. It reached No. 129 in the U.S., No. 64 in the U.K., No. 59 in Canada, No. 31 in Sweden, No. 3 in Australia and No. 1 in New Zealand. It was certified Platinum in Australia and New Zealand. Iva Davies - Lead vocals, lead & rhythm guitars, Prophet-5 synthesizer, bass, Linn drum machine & Fairlight CMI

If there were no tomorrows, if there was just one more chance
I'd take it again, you know I'd take it again
You turn and it's gone forever, in time you forget
You know that's love, it's only love
And no matter where the days have left you
Every day ends at the street cafe, the street cafe
And no matter where the road may take you
Every time it brings you back to the street cafe, it's where you have to be
Well, the people may come and go but here the street and the scene is
Just the way that it was, mmm, the way that it was
No, nothing will ever change here, maybe a smile reminds you
Now and again, you wonder now and again
When another night will take you nowhere
You go down to the street cafe
And anytime you know the crowd can hide you
The days end at the street cafe, yeah, the street cafe, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh, ooh, you turn and it's gone forever, in time you forget
You know that's love, you know it's only love
But no matter where the days have left you
Every day ends at the street cafe, the street cafe, mmm-hmm
And no matter where the road may take you
Every time it brings you back to the street cafe
Yeah, the street cafe, hey, hey, whoa-ho
Oh, ho, ho, oh, no, no, no
No matter where the road may take you
We'll meet again someday, you know we'll meet someday
Someday at the street cafe
