A car rally at Wasaga Beach this weekend increased the number of coronavirus cases to what it is now today.
Not following coronavirus restrictions, many drivers came into Wasaga Beach, with drivers performing stunts, and many people weren't wearing masks. Reported by Nina Biofolchi, people were in the middle of the street drinking, encouraging drivers to spin their tires, and drivers were doing unsafe activities that weren't even planned. OPP officers gave out many tickets to people at the event.

Recently in Ancaster in the Hamilton region, people from the GTHA had a street race in a Cineplex parking lot, with reckless behavior going on, and police from Peel Region, York Region and the OPP had to all shut it down.

The official numbers for gatherings is now 10 people indoors, and 25 people outdoors.

This is not the time for super large gatherings. check how many coronavirus cases there are right now. You'll panic.
