After nearly 40 interviews with HR and business executives at leading innovation companies, the CAHRS Research Assistants, Janelle Gaines, Mara Kanbergs and Nick Sowards will present their findings on the intersection of HR & innovation, including: the people and organizational practices that most consistently produce success; higher level and novel approaches that a handful of firms are using; and how HR leaders can be innovation change agents at the enterprise, function and team levels.
