Seven unconventional positions, one pistol, and one goal: speed under stress. Watch tight transitions from standing → kneeling → prone → sit → sideways under obstacle → back up. Perfect for reload discipline, transitions, and target focus.

▶️ Drill Setup
• Steel target • Pistol only (range-legal calibers)
• Varied round counts per mag to force realistic reloads (optional)
• Shot timer recommended

⏱️ Procedure (1 shot per position)

Standing → 2. Kneeling → 3. Prone → 4. Sitting (butt) → 5. Sideways under obstacle → 6. Kneeling → 7. Standing — reloads as needed.

🎯 Goal: baseline your time, then improve transitions, muzzle discipline, and first-round hits.

⚠️ Safety: follow your range rules, use eye/ear protection, and run this drill only at authorized ranges. Never perform obstacle work in unsafe/unauthorized areas. Use a qualified safety officer when training with partners.
