October 20, 2014 (Moscow, Idaho) – Team Idaho Real Estate responds to increased housing demands and shortage of Real Estate agents in Idaho with an innovative video campaign.
Housing demands continue to rise as the labor force has stabilized at 4.7% in Idaho, according to the US Department of Labor. The State of Idaho Real Estate Commission reports 9,635 REALTOR®/Broker licensees as of September, 2014 as compared to the pre-recession all-time high of 12,994 licensees in September, 2007. Increases in housing demand, stable labor pools, and fewer licensed Realtors have created a demand for more Real Estate Agents.
Team Idaho Real Estate has been experiencing the upswing of housing demands and is actively seeking individuals who want to start a career in Real Estate.
