I was skeptical initially... I purchased this on Nov 9th for next day delivery. I received it early so I was able to take it. Let me just say that I am diabetic and I know that I really need to lose the weight. After trying so many diets and failing, I decided to give this a try. Thankfully I did. I have already lost 10 lbs since I started with no exercise... me and my hubby usually go walking. Since Hurricane Matthew hit our coast, we hadn't been walking. We did decide that we will start back next week (the week of Thanksgiving).

I will advise this... this has probiotics and vitamins, so be sure to eat. I would feel a little light headed if I waited more than 30 minutes to eat. My doctor said to eat something small but just be sure to eat. I found that my appetite is curbed so sometimes I don't want to eat. Also, you might experience die off, which has to due with your body ridding itself of toxins. I ended up having a few boils and acne, which I am being treated for. However, I will continue the process. The gut has to get rid of whatever is making you want those sweets and other bad stuff, which is what the probiotics help to do. I will return to post my progress later... for now, I am extremely happy and will continue until I reach my goal and no longer have to take diabetic meds.
