The Tortoise and the Girl in the Jungle
Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Tara who lived in a small village on the edge of the jungle. One day, Tara was playing in the jungle when she came across a tortoise. The tortoise was very old and frail, and Tara felt sorry for it. She decided to take the tortoise home with her and take care of it.

Tara and the tortoise became best friends. Tara would feed the tortoise and give it a place to sleep. The tortoise would tell Tara stories about the jungle, and Tara would teach the tortoise about the human world.

One day, a group of hunters came to the village. They were looking for animals to kill. Tara was afraid that the hunters would find the tortoise, so she hid it in her house. The hunters searched the village, but they couldn't find the tortoise.

The next day, the hunters left the village. Tara was relieved, and she knew that the tortoise was safe. She continued to take care of the tortoise, and they remained best friends for many years.
