Saying Goodbye is so hard. It was such a beautiful time getting to celebrate Chinese New Year with Penelope's Foster Families in China and truly explore how gorgeous Kunming is before hugging her goodbye as she stays in China with them for a few more weeks. So excited for her to get to have this time in her birth country and to get to spend some time with the families who so lovingly raised her for the first 12 years of her life. We are so grateful for them and the way they cared for her in some of her most formative and vulnerable years! What a blessing to truly be "one big family."
