M.A.C. Fight Song | Michigan State Historical Fight Song

Описание к видео M.A.C. Fight Song | Michigan State Historical Fight Song

Yesterday, Michigan State's men's basketball head coach Tom Izzo claimed his 700th career win against Michigan. To celebrate this historic win, here is the MSU Fight Song. However, this was set to the earlier lyrics back when the school was called the "Michigan Agricultural College", or M.A.C.

I did have to edit the audio so the chorus would play instrumentally the first time. This would be due to minor clashes and changes the song had to go through, between the lyrics with the old and modern versions.

Anyways, without further ado, here is the "M.A.C. Fight Song"!

LYRICS
VERSE 1:
On the banks of the Red Cedar,
There's a school that's known to all;
Its specialty is farming,
And those farmers play football;
Aggie teams are never beaten,
All through the game they'll fight;
Fight for the only colors:
Green and White.

CHORUS:
Smash right through that line of blue,
Watch the points keep growing.
Aggie teams are bound to win,
They're fighting with a vim!
Rah! Rah! Rah!
Michigan is weakening,
We're going to win this game.
Fight! Fight! Rah! Team, Fight!
Victory for M.A.C.!

BREAKSTRAIN:
Up with the colors,
Unfurl them on high (Green!)
Up with the colors
Unfurl them on high (White!)
Up with the colors
Unfurl them on high
Fight! Fight! Rah Team Fight!

[repeat chorus]
