This is a mock therapy session based on a real session. The client is an actor, Diana We, a brilliant actor who has agreed to help me make this video. Thank you Diana! The video is the 3rd session focusing on a person who experiences depression, social anxiety, and believes she is rejected by others. She has an avoidant attachment style. Over the course of the session, we examine whether others reject her or whether she unknowingly rejects others.
