The facelifted 2022 Toyota Camry is now on sale in Malaysia, priced at RM199,110 on-the-road without insurance, inclusive of the sales and service tax (SST) rebate. A five-year, unlimited-mileage warranty is included with each purchase.

The sole petrol engine option is the unchanged E85-compatible A25A-FKB 2.5 litre Dynamic Force naturally-aspirated four-cylinder that produces 209 PS at 6,600 rpm and 250 Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm; it’s paired to an eight-speed automatic gearbox. Interestingly, Toyota says the engine delivers similar fuel efficiency as the old 2.0 litre 6AR-FSE while delivering more power, hence the discontinuation of the latter.
