http://www.FashionTV.com/videos NEW YORK - The Son Jung Wan fashion show runway at New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2012-2013 is highlighted by a star-studded front row including an appearance from Torrey DeVitto, who may be best known for her role as Samantha's sister Melissa on Pretty Little Liars and Meredith on The Vampire Diaries. She wears a pretty eyelet skirt and tie-neck pussy bow blouse. "This is my first one yet," she says of making her first appearance at New York Fashion Week. She's joined by Matthew Settle and Kelly Rutherford, the duo that play love match Rufus Humphrey and Lily van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl. "Son Jung Wan is incredible. I'm a huge fan. I was here last year at her show. She's my favorite. She's incredible," says Rutherford. "It's very feminine and I like the different textures she uses. It's extremely luxurious." Rutherford says the Korean designer is all about art in the way she textures and tailors her pieces.
