If you dream of living in Memphis and need help covering the gap between a home’s purchase price and the amount you’re approved to borrow for your mortgage, the Citywide DPA Program is meant for you! This program can provide up to 10% of the purchase price of your home – up to $25,000 – so grab a pen and let’s get to it!

My goal for 2025 is to help 100 people invest in real estate. It doesn’t matter how those 100 invest (private lending, househacking, rental properties), I just want more people putting their hard earned money to work. My team and I have developed this series to help any of the 100 who want to invest by purchasing their own home!

We’ll be going through as many programs as we can find in order to help hopeful homeowners who might qualify for a little support with down payment or closing cost assistance. I’m a big proponent of applying for everything you qualify for and this is no exception.
