Going to go Section 31 vs Romulans. Section 31 is always stirring up problems, this time they want to provoke a war between the Feds and Romulans, to change Federation policy or some other messed up BS. I will do the following 8 Sec 31 Long Island Class vs 8 Romulan NIX Battlebirds (they have the same value. 8 Sec 31 Constitution Class vs 8 Romulan Winged Defender Class (they also have the same value) 4 Sec 31 Star League Battleships vs 5 Romulan Heavy Defender Battleships, The Star League is somewhat stronger so 5 v 4 is pretty much even. Add in a base and/or some transports on the Romulan side to show Sec 31 killing innocent Romulan civilians. (Any excuse to roll out some Battleships and blow shit up) The Sec 31 ships are more expensive than the standard Federation ships, they are a bit stronger and can cloak.
