Hearthstone Rogue budget card deck using Pirates, Weapon and Combo cards. This deck consists of mostly normal cards, it is playable and can win decent battles against decks from other players. As the usual situation with most budget card decks, it can hang on during the thick of the battle but may eventually lose to decks with legendary cards and well optimized attributes for their characters.

As I rank up and win some cards, I will gradually optimize this deck so as to achieve higher win rate.
