How to replace a motorcycle clutch (Suzuki DR650)

In this episode I show you how to install a brand-new DP clutch in a Suzuki DR650 Dual Sport. I will also show you how to lock tight the Neutral sending unit (NSU) so that it will not vibrate out and destroy your transmission. This is a bit of a longer video due to the complexity of the job and I hope you don’t mind, as always I am including the time code chapters so you can skip ahead to the areas that you are interested in especially if you are following along while changing your own clutch.
Although the video is directed at DR650 owners, the principals and process are very similar for many motorcycles although the bolt sizes and torque specs will vary bike to bike.
I have also included a bit of an explanation on how a multi disk wet clutch works and how the components inside it work together to transmit power to your drive wheel. As part of the process I do have to change the oil so that is also covered in a brief over view in the video.
