Doni Keli runs an organic foods business in Solomon Islands that processes various root crops and nuts sourced from local growers. After researching technology that could assist growers in the initial food processing stage without the need for electricity, Keli explains how simple and mobile hot air dryer technology can extend the shelf life of produce.
