When speaking or asking a question on an agenda item, one should in addition to completing the card, come to the microphone, be recognized and provide your name, address, and phone number. Comments by individuals will be limited to three (3) minutes.

SUBMISSIONS

Submission 2025-049 establishing the Regular Meetings of the Board of Commissioners of the Lake Charles Harbor and Terminal District for the calendar year of 2026.

Submission 2025-050 approving revisions to the Port of Lake Charles Tariff No. 013.

Submission 2025 - 051 approving revisions to the District's Delegation of Authority.

Submission 2025 - 052 authorizing the Executive Director to purchase Construction Management, Field Technical and QA/QC services from River West Enterprises, Inc. for the construction of various capital projects for 2026.

Submission 2025 - 053 authorizing the Executive Director to extend the contract with Weiser Security Services to continue providing supplemental guard services at Port facilities.

Submission 2025 - 054 accepting the lowest responsive bid of Doggett Machinery Services for the procurement of a new John Deere 1050P Dozer for BT-1.

Submission 2025 - 055 appointing John LeBlanc to serve on the Board of Directors of Port Rail, Inc.

Submission 2025 - 056 approving revisions to the Employee Handbook.

Submission 2024 - 057 approving the District's 2026 Operating, Non-Operating and Capital Budget.
