The elixsnow that falls is absorbed by the earth's surface in a semi-permanent way, becomes vapor, returning to the universe, and then falls back to the earth.
The universe's common sense has been overturned in the past few decades.
For those who missed out on the universe, Sapporo State is the last place on Earth where people can live.
It resembles a maze of labyrinth with no way out.
