2-2-2020 Regional spring competition, this week at the Nedereindse berg. My home circuit.

First road race of the season in the sportklasse category. Profiting of some late cross form, hoping it will be enough to play a role for the win. My plan was to ride with my buddy Marten. One of us needed to be in every move that was more then 2 riders. Hoping to sprint for the win.

I started slow, but stayed in the front because of the bad weather. After 25minutes a hard accelaration by one of the CS030 riders made the decisive move of the race. I was the only one that could follow and we bridged to a single leader. For another whole hour we where together until it ended in a sprint. We couldn't shake each other before hand, so the fastest man after a hard race would take the win.

Mattis tried to go early, which made him the perfect lead-out. Unfortunatly the rider in 3rd wheel had a bit more speed in the end. Sorry for missing the sprint. The battery was just cut short... Hopefully next time it will be better weather.
