Here some infos:

-Preperation = not comitting (mainly seen by not extending your arm)
-Parry = Blocking an opponents attack
-Attack in Preperation = Attacking into an enemies Preperation
-Counter Attack = Hitting without the right of way
-Right of Way (Shown with arrows under the fencers):
The fencer going forward(attacking) has the right of way until he does a mistake (e.g. missing an attack, getting parried, going backwards). Then the other fencer can overtake the right of way and the cycle continues. At the beginning, no fencer has the right of way until one does an attack.
