For this one, I recommend you start in the Snowlake Town, grab some loot and then when the area is clear, move to the newsstand in the middle of the city. After that, find a boat and go across the lake towards the deer statue where you will find the RV trailers. From there on, either by car or foot, I suggest you hit the small mountain next to the towers as shown in the video, instead of running inside the academy towards the roof.
