I'm sharing bake/steam fish recipe without oven and with less oil.
➡️Ingredients and method
Fish Fillet 1 having 500grams weight.
Already carom seeds, salt and flour were coated when I buy fish , so fish remains for 2 hours then, I wash thoroughly.
➡️Ingredients to remove smell of fish
Garlic Paste 2 Tsps.
Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp.
Oil 1 Tbsp.
Make a paste and apply on fish completely then leave for 1 hour.
➡️Ingredients for Marination
Tamarind Pulp 1 and 1/2 Tbsps.
All spice/Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp.
Carom seeds 1/4th Tsp.
Coriander powder 1 Tsp .
Red chilli powder 1 Tsp.
Hot Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Salt 1/2 Tsp.
Coat well and leave for Marination 4 to 6 hours .
Then Wrap in foil paper.
Nad cook on low flame 🔥 for 5 minutes each side , then cook on medium to high flame for 2 to 3 minutes each side.
Remove foil carefully.
➡️Ingredients for Sauce
Tamarind water not thick not thin 1/2 cup.
Chopped coriander 1 Tbsp.
White Radish 1 and 1/2 Tbsps grated.
Carom seeds 1 pinch .
Salt 1 Pinch.
Green Sauce 1 Tbsps(Mint and green chillies paste).
Sugar 1 Tbsp.
Mix well.
