I had to make up detailed descriptions of the man, his car, and everything else.

The aftermath? The school hired a security officer, installed new cameras, and even held monthly safety assemblies—all because of a lie I made up to avoid chores. It was a chain reaction that caused a massive stir, but in the end, it was all for nothing.
