For this one I maxed out Evasion with different gear to avoid his Vorpal Fang attack that can one shot you. Use the Ever Evasive skill ability to become nearly untouchable.
I made sure I could win as much turns as possible with the Salt in the Wounds skill ability so I can heal/buff/debuff.
At the end, I had to buff my physical attack but I had no Spicy Jerky (raises P.ATK & E.ATK) so I used a Rotten Meat (ew), it does the same but poisons you.
I got lucky at the end as I had two DPS turns.
I'm sure it's possible to finish him in a few turns only with a high P.ATK & Crits.
IMPORTANT: never use a boosted or a latent attack when he's in counter mode.
