Do you know that Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, the creator of the world's largest constitution, popularly known as Babasaheb, wanted to burn the constitution? Ambedkar said during a discussion in the Rajya Sabha on September 2, 1953, “Sir, my friends say that I have made the constitution. But I am quite prepared to say that I would be the first person to burn the Constitution. I don't need it. It's not good for anyone. Two years later, on March 19, 1955, Dr. Anoop Singh, a Rajya Sabha member from Punjab, reminded Dr. Ambedkar during a discussion in the House, saying, "Last time you talked about burning the constitution."

Dr. Ambedkar said, “My friend Anupji said that I had said that I wanted to burn the constitution. Last time I was in a hurry and couldn't explain the reason. Now if I get a chance, I will tell. We have built a temple in the form of constitution for God to reside, but before God came and resided in it, demons came and started living in it. In such a situation, what is the option other than demolishing the temple? We have made it not for the demons, but for the deities. Must watch the video for more information.

क्या आप जानते हैं कि बाबासाहेब के नाम से लोकप्रिय दुनिया के सबसे बड़े संविधान के निर्माता डॉ भीमराव रामजी अंबेडकर संविधान जला देना चाहते थे? अंबेडकर ने दो सितंबर 1953 को राज्यसभा में चर्चा के दौरान कहा था, “श्रीमान, मेरे मित्र कहते हैं कि मैंने संविधान बनाया है। परंतु मैं यह कहने के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार हूं कि संविधान को जलाने वाला मैं पहला व्यक्ति होऊंगा। मुझे इसकी ज़रूरत नहीं है। यह किसी के लिए अच्छा नहीं है। दो साल बाद, 19 मार्च 1955 को पंजाब से राज्यसभा सदस्य डॉ अनूप सिंह ने सदन में चर्चा के दौरान डॉ अंबेडकर के याद दिलाते हुए कहा था, “पिछली बार आपने संविधान जलाने की बात कही थी।”

डॉ अंबेडकर ने कहा, “मेरे मित्र अनूपजी ने कहा कि मैंने कहा था कि मैं संविधान को जलाना चाहता हूं। पिछली बार मैं जल्दी में इसका कारण नहीं बता पाया था। अब मौक़ा मिला है तो बताता हूं। हमने भगवान के रहने के लिए संविधान रूपी मंदिर बनाया है, परंतु भगवान आकर उसमें रहते, उससे पहले राक्षस आकर उसमें रहने लगा है। ऐसे में मंदिर को तोड़ देने के अलावा चारा ही क्या है? हमने इसे असुरों के लिए तो नहीं, देवताओं के लिए बनाया है। ज्यादा जानकारी के लिए वीडियो जरूर देखे |
